I am the use of them in my 1st grade classroom so my students can hearken to audiobooks- haven't lost or damaged one but. The display is a bit of hard to read, however fortunately my scholars and I all have good vision.

In every case, the player received to the point where it will no longer play ANYTHING I had downkoaded on it, including the observes that came free with the player! I have no downside downloading the observes and viewing them via the computer (and no downside playing the same recordsdata on different players), however once I activate the player it simply presentations initializing....music....then I hit the play button and now nothing.... This has came about with the remaining 2 gamers I actually have bought.
THIS IS THE WORST MP3 PLAYER EVER. PERIOD.
Reviews for Mach Speed 2 GB Eclipse MP3 Player with Display, Clip-On Style and Shuffle Mode - Silver (Eclipse-CLD2SL) (Electronics) I've owned my Eclipse clip player(CLD2SL)about a 12 months and had no major problems- it is dependable, small/lightweight and very good sound(sound is pretty audiable even at a low volume setting). A couple disadvantages to mention, though(I chalk it up as a "sacrifice" for it's small size): 1. It has no actual album/artist menu to speak of, so if you may have downloaded 400+ musics, you're simply caught with clicking the overall menu unless the tune you want pops up. 2. The small side energy howeverton must be in "on" position whereas downloading or taking no longere of music- also became "off", even after pressing the final heart howeverton(if no longer it will drain the rechargable battery). Aside from these issues, it is nonetheless hard to beat as a portable, take-everywhere player.
